Charter membership fees fund enrolment with international payment providers, so international users can cash out instead of holding value in the Converted Wallet.

Corridors open to everyone

When a corridor goes live it opens to every international user, member or not. Charter membership buys a head start of a few days or weeks, priority review, higher caps and lower fees — it is never a requirement for withdrawing your own money, and we will not make it one.

    We are actively expanding our network across Africa—including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, and Sierra Leone. Simultaneously, we are securing a European Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license through S3 Money to support our operations in Europe. We are looking $2m to cover deposit securities and licenses. To integrate with these regional service providers and comply with local financial regulations, we are required to maintain strategic security deposits. The Charter Program was launched specifically to fund these regulatory reserves, enabling us to secure licensing, expand seamlessly, and ensure fully compliant services for our entire community.

A corridor is a goal, not a guarantee

Provider enrolment can be declined, and applicants working with digital assets are declined regularly in many jurisdictions. Membership fees are non-refundable, and the membership benefits are delivered whether or not any particular corridor opens. Do not buy a membership on the expectation of a specific corridor.
