Effective date: April 2026
This statement is published to provide a clear and unambiguous description of FinFlo's legal status, operational role, and integration boundaries.
1) Legal Registration and Jurisdiction
FinFlo operates under a registered business structure with incorporation certification reference from the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB): 80034579142225.
FinFlo services are offered to users in multiple jurisdictions. Availability, onboarding, and processing pathways may vary by country and by provider requirements.
2) Entity Distinction
FinFlo is the product and service interface used by end users and businesses.
Transpaper Apps is a developer identity used for application publishing and technical delivery. It is not presented as a separate transaction processor for FinFlo users.
Application publishing may transition to official FinFlo developer accounts on supported platforms, including Google and Apple.
3) Operational Role and Limits
FinFlo provides an interface and orchestration layer for service access. FinFlo does not directly process, settle, custody, or hold user fiat or YEM transaction funds as a payment processor.
Transaction execution, settlement, and payment compliance obligations are handled by integrated third-party providers and/or YEM Foundation infrastructure where applicable.
4) Third-Party Processing Disclosure
Current third-party processors and payment infrastructure providers used by FinFlo include:
- Relworx
- PayPal
- NOWPayments
FinFlo may add or replace providers over time to support operational coverage, reliability, or jurisdictional requirements.
Each third-party provider is responsible for its own licensing, registration, and regulatory compliance in the jurisdictions where it operates. Users should review provider-specific terms and disclosures before transacting.
5) Regulatory Position Clarification
FinFlo is not presented as the direct financial transaction processor for user payments or YEM transfers. Processing activity is performed by third-party providers and applicable YEM Foundation systems, each under their own legal and compliance frameworks.
6) YEM Integration Disclosure
YEM integration is a secondary service component within FinFlo's wider platform operations.
YEM is not the sole or foundational basis of FinFlo's full service model. FinFlo functions as an interface layer and does not operate as a custodian or direct YEM processor.
7) User Control and Consent
Users retain control over account permissions and authorizations at all times.
Where YEM-linked permissions exist, access to FinFlo services is revocable through applicable YEM Foundation systems and controls.
FinFlo does not enforce forced or persistent access beyond valid user authorization.
8) Verification Readiness
FinFlo maintains readiness to provide supporting documentation upon lawful or contractual request, including:
- Business registration documentation
- Integration or partnership documentation with third-party processors
- Compliance and onboarding process records
9) Consistency and Public Access
This statement is intended to be consistent with in-app disclosure references and publicly accessible website content. Any material updates will be reflected on this page.
10) Provider Charge Schedule
Mobile money payouts are subject to processing charges applied by our payment provider (Relworx). These charges are deducted from the payout amount — meaning the amount credited to your mobile wallet will be your requested payout amount minus the applicable charge shown below.
Example: A payout of KES 20,000 results in KES 19,939.70 credited to your mobile wallet (KES 20,000 − KES 60.30 charge).
These are MNO (Mobile Network Operator) charges and may change as the provider advises. All fees listed are exclusive of applicable taxes.
